

Forum meeting 11 April 2008
The eighteenth meeting of the Minister's State/Local Government Forum was held on 11 April 2008 at the City of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters. Major topics of discussion included Community Wastewater Management Systems (CWMS), Climate Change, Wangary Bushfire Coronial Recommendations and Women in Local Government.
Michael Barry (Local Government Association) gave a presentation on progress of CWMS projects funded by both the Commonwealth Government, through the Statewide Wastewater Recycling Project, and the State Government, through the CWMS Program.
Tim O'Loughlin (Department of the Premier and Cabinet) attended the meeting to discuss the issue of Climate Change.
