Forum meeting 8 July 2003
The fourth Minister's Local Government Forum was held at the City of West Torrens Civic Centre on 8 July, 2003. Discussion continued on stormwater management and flood mitigation, with the presentation of the LGA's Stormwater Management Strategy Paper. Forum members also agreed that the issue of State- Local Government Relations become a referral to the Forum. New issues discussed were the Septic Tank Effluent Disposal Scheme and the potential sharing of compliance functions.
